In the Church we have a number of teams that serve us in this area.<br /><br /><h2>Performing Arts:</h2><br /><br />The performing arts team have been involved in creating some truly memorable moments in city church, and can be found rehearsing and delivering a wide range of drama pieces, from entire plays, through to individual sketches. This team plays a vital role in helping to communicate Christ in a contemporary and adventurous way. They are always looking for people with a passion for expressing and exploring the good news of Jesus through performance.<br /><br /><h2>Musicians:</h2><br /><br /><img src="graphics/imagery/creative_technical_b.jpg" class="content_image_right" />The Church is served by a great team of committed and gifted musicians, who help the Church worship God through singing every Sunday. The guys who serve in this way have all gone through a formal audition process and are committed members of the Church. We are totally passionate about excellence in both musical skill and Godly character. Music is a beautiful and powerful gift from God, and we want to worship God with some groove, some soul and with all our hearts.<br /><br /><h2>Sound and PA Technicians</h2><br /><br />Our sound department takes care of everything to do with acoustics and PA and do an outstanding job of getting instruments and voices as clear as possible. These guys work really hard each week at their own development of skills, as well as training and serving musicians, teachers and others in the Church who have PA needs. <br /><br /><h2>Media and AV:</h2><br /><br /><img src="graphics/imagery/creative_technical_a.jpg" class="content_image_left" />Film, Computers and Camera’s are all part of the media and AV package at City Church. Our media team look after everything from song word projection systems through to the production of short documentaries and artistic vignettes. We are increasingly looking to use Cameras and lighting rigs to improve the visual experience in our larger Sunday meetings.<br /><br />If you are interested in serving in any of these areas please contact your city group leader.
